About The Position

The Dim Capture Specialist captures accurate weights and dimensions for items using the Cubiscan 325. The resulting data supports shipping calculations and other in-house operational initiatives. The role works in a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment environment and requires attention to inventory accuracy, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or inventory accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including web-based systems, barcode scanning, and data entry.
• Ability to stand and walk for a full shift and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and follow written standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Bilingual or English speaking.
• Ability to work in a team environment and give honest, direct feedback.
• Ability to work in a high-volume inventory system while upholding high accuracy standards.
• Creative aptitude and vision to recognize, understand, and respond to inventory accuracy needs in an e-commerce fulfillment environment.
• Flexibility regarding schedule.

Nice To Haves

• One year of inventory or data-entry experience.
• Familiarity with a WMS or inventory systems.
• Comfort with Office, spreadsheets, or basic data reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL or query-based reporting.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Pull inventory from shelves for measurement.
• Scan inventory to capture weights and dimensions and verify that all information matches the item on hand.
• Troubleshoot common issues related to the device and the data it captures.
• Provide data-driven reporting to direct report(s) as requested.
