This role contributes to the conversion of paper records into high-quality digital formats and assists in implementing metadata tagging, quality control processes, and system integrations that improve data accessibility and retrieval. The analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams—including vendors, data managers, and federal stakeholders—to execute digitization workflows in alignment with federal records management standards (e.g., NARA requirements) and client technical environments. This role operates under guidance from senior team members and contributes to oversight activities through quality validation, reporting, and issue resolution.
