About The Position

As a Digital Workplace Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our company's Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team. The DEX team’s mission is to empower our employee workforce by designing, implementing and continuously improving the digital experience for our employees and delivering even greater value to our customers. Focusing on DEX, this position has an essential role with the digitally connected workforce. The digital employee experience team leverages emerging digital tools that align technology, employees, and business processes to improve operational efficiency and meet organizational goals. At MVP, we are leveraging Microsoft’s technology stack, so key to success in this role is a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and PowerBI. As part of our team, you will be collaborating with coworkers in a dynamic and creative environment to enable the effective and efficient use of technology to help our organization reach its goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, business management or information systems preferred or 3+ years experience in IT, a health care organization or business analysis.
  • 3+ years of work experience in digital workplace or digital experience.
  • Confirmed technical background working in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, Copilot, Microsoft’s Power Platform, Azure, or similar digital workplace technologies.
  • Adaptability – Adapt and work effectively across a multitude of different situations.
  • Independent learner – Eagerly explore new tools, technologies, and processes; quickly learn to use new technologies as they are introduced.
  • Team Oriented – Collaborate in a team environment; possess a sense of accountability and urgency in completing assignments in support of the team’s success.
  • Drive and Delivery – Reliably deliver quality results both individually and as part of a team; appropriately prioritize workload to execute on requirements.
  • Initiative – Pursue work with energy, effort, and enthusiasm; take initiative to seek out new responsibilities; persist at tasks despite interruptions, obstacles, or setbacks.
  • Communication – Effectively communicate across mediums (verbal, written, electronic, etc.); listen actively and respect others’ viewpoints; adeptly utilize modern communication technology, including facilitating training sessions and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical Skills – Demonstrates analytical capabilities with the ability to quantify and measure employee experience. Effectively analyzes KPI’s, feedback, surveys, and experience metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI/Power Automate) or IT Service Management (ITSM) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Stay current with cloud-based digital transformation technology trends, with a focus on the Microsoft roadmap and the healthcare payer industry trends.
  • Identify Microsoft product enhancements as they are released; understand product capabilities, positioning, deployment strategies, best practices, and potential risks.
  • Proactively support the implementation of new digital transformation technology and help drive adoption.
  • Actively identify opportunities for business enablement leveraging cloud-based technology and data to drive innovation, productivity, collaboration, and quality improvement.
  • Work across teams to understand stakeholder needs and effectively align digital workplace technologies with business challenges.
  • Assist in demonstrations, training sessions and proof of concepts, and pilot opportunities to support coworkers in their journey to build Digital fluency.
