About The Position

As a Digital Workplace Engineering Lead you will be a hands‑on technical leader responsible for the operational excellence, design, implementation and optimization of enterprise digital workplace solutions. You’ll apply deep technical expertise across one or more workplace domains while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic influence across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Real‑Time Communications & Audio Visual experience: conferencing platforms (Teams/Zoom/Webex), VC conferencing room systems (Cisco, MTR), desk audio and webcam devices
  • Workplace Engagement Technology experience: digital signage and experience platforms, office/space tools
  • GenAI Enablement experience: secure, compliant AI‑powered content creation platforms
  • Compliance & Data Analytics experience: electronic communications compliance and regulatory solutions for real-time media.
  • Advanced technical expertise in at least one digital workplace engineering domain
  • Experience delivering large‑scale, enterprise technology solutions
  • Strategic planning and analytical problem solving
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and IT service management practices (e.g., ITIL)
  • Strong written/verbal communication with senior leader engagement
  • Experience mentoring engineers and influencing across teams
  • Experience leading cross‑department transformations
  • User‑centered design, rapid prototyping, product‑driven delivery models experience
  • Strong testing/automation practices, automated validation and monitoring
  • Track record driving operational excellence and continuous

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence You will lead complex incident response and post‑mortems; implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. You will champion automation, monitoring, and standardized engineering practices. You will partner cross‑functionally to improve reliability, cost effectiveness, and speed to delivery.
  • Design and engineer secure, reliable services You will design, implement, and optimize scalable, reliable, secure, compliant workplace services. You will review and influence technical designs to meet best practices, performance standards, and security requirements. You will use service health metrics to remove bottlenecks and improve resilience and scalability.
  • Lead technology strategy and roadmaps You will serve as a subject matter expert and provide design guidance across initiatives. You will drive technology strategy including lifecycle management, roadmap planning, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will research industry trends and emerging technologies to shape future-state capabilities.
  • Collaborate and influence You will partner with business leaders, IT, security, compliance, and office services to deliver integrated solutions. You will communicate technical risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership. You will influence standardized technologies and enterprise engineering practices across teams.
  • Mentor and uplift the team You will provide coaching and mentorship; foster a culture of knowledge sharing. You will support hiring, onboarding, and development of new associates. You will model innovation, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
