Entry Level Digital Validation Engineer
About The Position
This is an entry-level position for a Digital Validation Engineer. The role involves contributing to validation activities by preparing setups, executing tests, collecting data, and summarizing results. The engineer will assist with debugging issues, improving test coverage, and documenting observations under guidance. Collaboration with design, systems, and software teams is expected to understand behavior and support issue resolution. The position also requires helping to maintain validation plans, reports, and technical records for project visibility, and contributing to product quality, technical learning, and disciplined test execution.
Requirements
- Recent Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or graduating soon) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline, within past two years
- Familiar with role-related engineering, design, verification, programming, or lab tools; willingness to learn quickly is important.
- Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, problem solving, testing, and technical documentation.
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical ideas clearly.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience from lab work, design projects, internships, coursework, or student competitions is a plus.
