Digital Transformation Specialist, Junior
About The Position
Create and deploy custom applications and workflows in the Microsoft Power Platform within a low-code and no-code app ecosystem. Use Microsoft Office 365 tools, automation, and cloud resources to reduce tedious tasks and free up operations experts. Gain experience in product ownership, Agile development, and UX design on a low-code and no-code platform. Coordinate with client-facing change managers and other digital transformation specialists to deploy multiple applications with a common back end. Help translate clients’ IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.
Requirements
- Ability to support business process analysis.
- Ability to design, modify, develop, write, and implement software programming applications.
- Ability to utilize programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks.
- Ability to use low-code and no-code platforms.
- Ability to create solutions in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to develop applications using little to no code and a low-code or no-code platform.
- Ability to perform in a high-paced work environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Power Platform.
- Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Pega, Appian, PowerApps, or OpenText.
- Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, or software products.
- Experience working with the DoD.
- Experience with front-end SharePoint site development.
