About The Position

This role focuses on improving systems that move entire organizations forward through digital transformation. The specialist will apply digital savvy to help organizations solve traditional business challenges with new digital strategies and solutions, creating effectiveness and efficiency across public sector organizations. The role involves assessing how new tools impact missions, working with key stakeholders and technical professionals to develop and contribute to transformative technology and business system solutions.

Requirements

3+ years of experience delivering digital solutions
Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI and UX, or artificial intelligence
Ability to apply frameworks aligned to digital transformation efforts in the public sector
Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Experience working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
Experience planning and executing large projects, including client engagement
Experience with Power Platform Suite, including Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate
Ability to develop presentations and other products using Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
