Responsibilities: Define and manage the strategic roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives. Building and scaling enterprise Data Hubs. Managing AI use cases from pilot to enterprise-wide deployment. Delivering digitalization projects such as new software tools and front-end solutions. Apply agile methodologies to manage cross-functional teams and ensure iterative, value-driven delivery. Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects. Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and engagement. Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across teams. Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, even without direct authority. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related 5+ years of experience in program and/or project management, ideally in digital, data, or AI-related domains. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in agile environments (e.g. Scrum). Strong understanding of data architecture, AI/ML lifecycle, and digital product development. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical teams. Experience in manufacturing, R&D, or enterprise-scale digital transformation is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar. A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change. Requirements
