About The Position

Digital Transformation Architect The Opportunity: Are you passionate about solving problems through technology? As an experienced technology professional, you know that implementing improved digital initiatives with effective low-code/no-code technologies, workflow automations, and technical integrations is crucial for an organization’s future. You’re eager to apply your advanced experience and Army operations knowledge to redefine what’s possible and achieve it. We’re looking for someone like you to help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital transformation architecture from roadmap to implementation. As a digital transformation architect on our team, you’ll be trusted to modernize and create efficiency in business processes by implementing application solutions, workflow automations, and data visualizations. Using low-code/no-code tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Palantir Foundry, and WordPress, you’ll work alongside key stakeholders and other team members to share your expertise on technical ecosystems and implement transformative user-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll directly impact Army strategic investments by building transformative solutions that are essential to designing and managing innovation efforts to best overcome Army technology challenges. Requirements

  • Experience designing workflows or automating processes using tools such as Power Automate
  • Knowledge of working with relational data or databases such as Dataverse or SQL
  • Ability to build and deploy applications using platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, in a professional or project-based environment
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in a CS, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Systems Engineering field
  • Low-Code/No-Code or Software Development Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with WordPress development, including customizing templates or working with plugins
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Palantir Foundry
  • Experience in DAX expressions and PowerFX formulas
  • Experience working with the Department of Defense such as Service Headquarters, Chief Information Officer department, or similar, federal or state IT offices, or government or public sector policy
  • Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
  • Knowledge of integration architectures using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or API Management
  • Ability to translate end-user requirements into low-code/no-code-based solutions, in coordination with designers and business process engineers
