About The Position

Caylent is a cloud native services company that helps organizations bring the best out of their people and technology using Amazon Web Services (AWS). We provide a full-range of AWS services including workload migrations and modernization, cloud native application development, DevOps, data engineering, security and compliance, and everything in between. At Caylent, our people always come first. We are a global company and operate fully remote with employees in Canada, the United States, and Latin America. We celebrate the culture of each of our team members and foster a community of technological curiosity. Come talk to us to learn more about what it means to be a Caylien! We are seeking a Transformation Architect to join our Named Customer Portfolio. This role embeds you directly with our most important enterprise and strategic customers —working side-by-side with their executives, architects, and operators to deliver tangible business outcomes powered by AWS. This is not a traditional consultant role. As a Transformation Architect, you’ll bridge sales and delivery, acting as a trusted strategic advisor and owning the technical strategy for your aligned customers. You’ll have a direct line of sight to the customer’s biggest business challenges and will lead the design and delivery of cloud-native solutions that create measurable impacts. As a Transformation Architect, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and execution, helping our customers unlock the full value of AWS. You’ll have the autonomy to own big problems end-to-end, the backing of a leading AWS Premier Partner, and the opportunity to shape how cloud transformation is delivered at scale.

  • Quick learner who can rapidly understand a client’s domain, workflows, data, organizational dynamics, and constraints.
  • Strong consulting mindset: able to diagnose, scope, and structure solutions to ambiguous problems.
  • Exceptional communicator - able to shift seamlessly between technical deep dives with SMEs and strategic conversations with executives.
  • Expert workshop facilitator and presenter with excellent storytelling skills.
  • Deep understanding of cloud-native patterns and AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices.
  • Ability to manage time across multiple clients and priorities.
