About The Position

Atlean World is recruiting a Digital Support Agent with Ukrainian for a role based in Lisbon, Portugal. The position involves representing a global brand and supporting customers through phone, chat, and/or email. The agent is expected to resolve customer issues, follow brand guidelines and quality standards, document interactions in relevant systems, and work with the team to improve service. Requirements

• Fluent Ukrainian.
• Good English; B2+ English level.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• A problem-solving, can-do mindset.
• Comfort using computer systems and multitasking between tools.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone, chat, and/or email in a friendly, solution-focused manner.
• Solve problems and create positive customer experiences.
• Follow the brand’s guidelines and quality standards during every interaction.
• Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems.
• Work with the team to continually improve service.
