About The Position

Sia Experience is seeking an experienced Digital Strategy/CRM Lead for a temporary, contract engagement of approximately 6-8 weeks, running from July to August. This role is crucial for providing coverage during the scaling of the strategy practice and backfilling senior capacity. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating across growth marketing, email, and SEO, acting as a strategic lead to maintain momentum, support strategists, and uphold the quality of work expected by clients. While not a purely supervisory role, the position requires active participation as an individual contributor alongside the team. The role involves providing strategic thought partnership, quality checks, developing frameworks, shaping briefs, and contributing directly to strategy deliverables. It also includes providing strategic direction for email marketing initiatives, guiding task prioritization, reviewing copy, evaluating campaign architecture, and overseeing performance reporting. For SEO, the role entails strategic oversight, hands-on maintenance of roadmaps, audit reviews, and prioritization guidance, acting as a liaison between technical specialists and client/internal teams. The position requires a client-facing presence, including leading senior-level conversations and presenting work. Cross-functional coordination with Paid Media, Creative, and Account leads is also essential.

Requirements

  • Available to work a full-time short-term contract role on EST hours.
  • Proven experience leading digital strategy across integrated channels including CRM/email, SEO, and growth marketing within agency, consulting, or complex client-service environments.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, campaign architecture, and performance-driven digital strategy across enterprise or multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Hands-on experience reviewing performance data, extracting actionable insights, and translating analytics into strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA); ability to operate comfortably within modern martech and reporting ecosystems.
  • Ability to confidently lead senior-level client conversations, present strategic recommendations, and guide workstreams with executive presence and sound judgment.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Paid Media, Creative, Account, and technical teams to keep integrated initiatives moving effectively.
  • Comfortable operating as both a strategic lead and individual contributor — able to step into the work directly, shape deliverables, review outputs, and provide hands-on support where needed.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in fast-moving environments with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner and quality check for the digital strategy team across several accounts.
  • Develop frameworks, shape briefs, and contribute directly to strategy deliverables.
  • Provide strategic direction across several accounts for email marketing initiatives.
  • Shape new initiatives with clients and translate them into operational plans.
  • Guide ongoing task prioritization, review copy, evaluate campaign architecture, and flag execution gaps.
  • Oversee and contribute to performance reporting for email marketing, presenting results and strategic implications to clients.
  • Own strategic oversight on a handful of SEO accounts, including hands-on maintenance of existing roadmaps, audit reviews, and prioritization guidance.
  • Serve as a translation layer between technical SEO specialists and client and internal teams.
  • Contribute to bi-weekly performance reporting for SEO, pulling insights, identifying trends, and translating data into clear recommendations.
  • Join key client meetings as needed, leading senior-level conversations, and presenting work, including performance updates.
  • Collaborate actively with Paid Media, Creative, and Account leads to keep integrated workstreams moving.
  • Contribute to decisions in integrated workstreams.
