About The Position

Description Position Overview Huntington Bank is seeking a Digital Strategy Analyst to join our Digital Strategy team. In this role, you will support cross-functional teams on digital initiatives that drive business growth, enhance customer experiences, and optimize operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at synthesizing complex ideas into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Work closely with leaders across the organization to advance Huntington’s digital transformation and future as a digital banking leader. Collaborate with colleagues across data & analytics, product management, and design to synthesize and interpret quantitative and qualitative insights, stakeholder feedback, and competitive benchmarking to inform digital strategy recommendations. Create compelling executive-level presentations that articulate strategic insights, roadmaps, and business cases in a clear, persuasive manner. Utilize an understanding of current trends in digital banking, fintech, and new technologies to offer forward-thinking guidance on possible uses for Huntington.

Requirements

5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, e-commerce, banking, or a similar advisory role within financial services, or tech-driven industries.
Bachelor's Degree

Expertise in building professional, high-impact PowerPoint presentations that convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
