About The Position

Position Overview Huntington Bank is seeking Digital Strategy Manager to join our Digital Strategy team. This position is ideal for a financial strategist who can connect product strategy to business cases and measurable outcomes that align with Huntington’s strategic objectives. You will work closely with leaders across the organization to advance Huntington’s digital transformation and future as a digital banking leader. Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. We’re combining the best of both worlds: in-office and work from home. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. Remote roles will also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for moments that matter. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, e-commerce, banking, or a similar advisory role within financial services, or tech-driven industries.
Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

Collaborate with colleagues across data & analytics and product management to ensure each digital initiative is tied to tangible business value and that strategic decisions are grounded in evidence and can be tracked for effectiveness, enabling continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive inventory of robust business cases to support digital initiatives and inform strategic decision-making.
Support the development of long-term digital roadmaps, including prioritization of projects based on business impact and feasibility.
Create compelling executive-level presentations that articulate strategic insights, roadmaps, and business cases in a clear, persuasive manner.
Utilize an understanding of current trends in digital banking, fintech, and new technologies to offer forward-thinking guidance on possible uses for Huntington.
