The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, client management, and data-driven performance analysis.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts across various sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and service offerings that drive engagement and growth for clients.
  • Create integrated digital marketing plans that optimize channel mix based on client objectives and target audiences.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Conduct Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) analysis to measure and optimize marketing effectiveness across channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and deliver actionable insights to clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers and other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Lead strategic planning sessions with internal teams and clients to align on objectives and KPIs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally at a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Proven expertise in multi-channel digital marketing strategy development and implementation.
  • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and other advanced analytics methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models and their application to marketing strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex client challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
