About The Position

The Atkins Group is seeking a creative, strategic, and technically skilled Digital Strategist to join our growing digital team. This role combines digital marketing strategy, marketing technology, and hands-on production. The ideal candidate can think strategically about digital marketing while also executing campaign assets across platforms. Under the guidance of our Digital Director, this person will collaborate with account and creative teams to help our clients build smarter, more effective digital marketing ecosystems. They will produce high-quality digital assets while helping implement digital strategies that support marketing objectives across channels. Were looking for someone who enjoys connecting strategy and design with execution, understands how digital tools and platforms work together, and isnt afraid to learn new technologies or help the team figure out the best solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Zapier, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
  • Experience with CRM systems such as ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or similar
  • Experience managing email marketing programs and automation workflows
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Animate)
  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop
  • Experience with Adobe Animate and GSAP for HTML5 banners
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript/jQuery
  • Knowledge of HTML email development and responsive web coding
  • Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms
  • Strong design skills with an eye for layout, typography, and digital trends
  • Strategic thinker who can connect marketing goals with digital execution
  • Hands-on digital producer comfortable designing and building digital assets
  • Curious problem solver who enjoys learning new tools and technologies
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, digital marketing, or related field
  • Portfolio demonstrating digital design, web development, or campaign production

Responsibilities

  • Support development of digital marketing strategies across web, email, and digital media
  • Evaluate client digital ecosystems and recommend tools, platforms, and improvements
  • Provide guidance on digital technologies, marketing automation, and CRM integrations
  • Support and manage marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Develop segmentation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Manage email marketing campaigns including HTML builds, automation workflows, testing, and reporting
  • Produce digital campaign assets including banner ads with HTML5, landing pages, web graphics, and emails
  • Own end-to-end email production including HTML development and QA
  • Translate creative concepts into digital executions across web, mobile, and advertising platforms
  • Finalize layouts and create web-ready assets for websites, email, digital advertising, and social media
  • Build HTML5 banners and interactive assets
  • Ensure assets are optimized for responsiveness, performance, and platform specifications
  • Conduct quality assurance, troubleshooting, and proofreading for digital assets
  • Manage and organize digital files and assets across servers and asset management systems
  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to execute campaigns effectively
