Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with the basic concepts of information systems, application support or IT delivery.
- General business knowledge gained through education or early professional experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist team members by analyzing business requirements and process gaps, document findings, converting them into basic functional specifications and process flows.
- Conduct and document configuration and testing activities, support data validation and conversion under supervision.
- Prepare and execute various test scenarios, including unit, integration, and regression.
- Follow standard processes for project management, development, testing, change management, and compliance.
- Participate as a project team member, track task progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
