About The Position

Responsible for defining and guiding the build of valuable products that meet customer needs. Leads the product vision and definition from a multifunctional perspective. Brings knowledge of business, design, and technology to appropriately guide the solutioning of products leveraging platforms, integrations, or custom development. Works in close partnership with GTM Specialists who maintain overall accountability for client relationships and commercial aspects, while the SA leads technical solution development and ensures solution-client alignment. Guides the team to define digital solutions that achieve the clients' desired business outcomes. Advises clients on how proposed solutions will satisfy needs over the lifecycle of the product. Helps to guide the digital transformation of solutions for clients across multiple business areas. Helps guide the transformation of client organizations to adopt agile requirements methods as they shift to a product management mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams to propose feasible and sustainable solutions
  • Collaborate with strategy, design, and technology leaders to ensure the solution meets business needs
  • Lead efforts to modernize and transform digital solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies
  • Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital solutions
  • Plan and lead client conversations to understand and set vision and direction for new products and solutions
  • Develop models that illustrate how a product/solution provides value to customers
  • Create customer-centric ROI models that align with expected value
  • Adjust and adapt models based on changing market needs
  • Define target scope for engagements
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, progress, and outcomes
  • Leads daily engagement with proposal team and Client Partner/LISE
  • Develops approach and response format working with GTM and proposal leads
  • Acts as technical SME on client calls when applicable
  • Coordinates with Practice POCs to establish appropriate proposal content and ensure technical expertise is properly leveraged
  • Ensures alignment between solution content and client expectations
  • Manages response timeline and coordinates internal resources
  • Supports GTM Specialist through proposal/SOW delivery process
  • Partners with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to improve sales effectiveness
  • Identifies areas for process improvement that enhance solution delivery
  • Creates and standardizes sales enablement processes that leverage Solution Playbooks
  • Ensures consistency and effectiveness across all sales activities
  • Creates detailed Solution Playbooks that include best practices, implementation guidelines, and success metrics for various digital solutions
  • Develops repeatable Offerings that package Solutions into marketable engagement models with defined scopes, timelines, and deliverables
  • Determines when custom approaches are needed versus existing templates/offerings
  • Maps case studies to client requirements and solution components
  • References and implements relevant playbooks and offerings for solution development during pursuits
  • Customizes Solution Playbooks and Offerings to align with specific proposal opportunities
  • Ensures playbooks and offerings meet the unique requirements of each client engagement
  • Monitors the effectiveness of Solution Playbooks and Offerings
  • Refines playbooks and offerings based on feedback and lessons learned from implementation projects
  • Maintains currency with emerging technologies and industry best practices
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Fosters a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Contributes to the development of organizational capabilities in digital solution architecture
