CANDIDATES WITH RECENT LOCAL PROJECTS HIGHLY PREFERRED. – NO RELOCATION

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital signage systems in a complex, multi-location environment — airport, transit, hospitality, or similar high-uptime venues strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience with major digital signage hardware platforms including BrightSign media players, LG and/or Samsung commercial displays, and STRATACACHE/Stratacast systems.
  • Track record of leading or supporting hardware rollouts and providing ongoing technical support across distributed display environments.
  • Demonstrated experience with cloud-based digital signage CMS platforms (e.g., Scala, Four Winds Interactive, Poppulo, Screenfeed, or similar).
  • Strong technical background with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without losing focus on day-to-day operational priorities.
  • Solid understanding of AV/IT integration, networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, multicast), and content delivery infrastructure.
  • Experience working alongside outsourced content or creative partners; ability to define workflows and hold partners accountable.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Strong communication and project management skills; comfortable working with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with airport operations and the unique uptime, compliance, and wayfinding requirements of public-facing signage systems.
  • Familiarity with FIDS (Flight Information Display Systems) or other airport-specific display technologies.
  • Experience leading on-premises to cloud infrastructure migrations.
  • Knowledge of content management workflows and experience collaborating with external creative or content agencies.

Nice To Haves

  • Maintain hardware inventory, firmware/software version control, and lifecycle documentation across all locations.
  • Define support workflows between internal IT teams, on-site airport staff, and external partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and IT teams to understand signage requirements and priorities.
