About The Position

Harvest Group is seeking Digital Shelf Interns for a Summer 2027 program. This 12-week paid internship, running from May 17 to August 6, 2027, is located in Rogers, AR. The program is designed for undergraduate juniors, seniors, and graduate students. Interns will gain hands-on experience in the digital shelf industry, supporting DSI (Digital Shelf Integration) client teams. They will work with DSI Managers and Specialists to learn about client management and how brands grow their business across major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Kroger through content execution, digital shelf audits, and reporting. Interns will learn to use data for insights, execute product content accurately, and contribute to client work. The program includes professional development, team-building, and a summer project where interns present their findings to Harvest Group leaders.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or graduate degree, with junior, senior, or graduate student status preferred.
  • Interest in a career in digital shelf, ecommerce, content management, or account management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in using data to uncover insights.
  • Highly curious with a strong desire and ability to learn.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Learn Harvest Group systems, tools, and processes to support day-to-day DSI team needs.
  • Support product content execution, including uploads and updates to titles, bullets, descriptions, images, and attributes across retailer platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, and others).
  • Gain hands-on exposure to retailer platforms and portals, including Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, Walmart Supplier One, Target POL, and content syndication tools (e.g., Syndigo, Salsify).
  • Assist with routine audits of digital shelf presence, helping identify gaps and inconsistencies in titles, bullets, descriptions, images, and attributes.
  • Use data and reporting to help identify trends, uncover insights, and support content health monitoring.
  • Help follow and refine documented SOPs and playbooks that improve team efficiency and ways of working.
  • Contribute to internal team meetings and gain exposure to client discussions and digital shelf strategy.
  • Participate in professional development and learning opportunities throughout the internship.
  • Complete an individual summer project and present findings and recommendations to Harvest Group leaders.
