The Kolb Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is seeking driven digital sales representatives to join their team. The role involves protecting families nationwide through life & health insurance, financial planning, and retirement solutions. This is a commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential and daily payouts. The agency offers opportunities for career advancement, including building one's own team and creating passive income. They provide one-on-one mentorship, virtual and in-person training, and work exclusively with warm leads. Representatives will meet virtually with clients to present solutions and assist with applications. Requirements
- Valid Life & Health Insurance License in your state (or willingness to obtain one)

- Work exclusively with warm leads – families who have requested coverage
- Promote personal growth and development
