About The Position

Versalift is looking for an Internal Sales Representative to own inbound digital leads across the U.S. This role is responsible for responding quickly, qualifying opportunities, maintaining CRM discipline, and helping convert fast-moving equipment sales (stock and used).

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales or inbound lead management
  • Background in SaaS, tech, or B2B equipment/industrial sales preferred
  • Comfortable working high lead volume with urgency
  • Strong CRM discipline and organization
  • Willing to pick up the phone and engage customers immediately

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads within minutes (not hours)
  • Qualify customer needs (application, timing, budget)
  • Manage and track all activity in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Handle 20–40 leads per day with speed and accuracy
  • Quote and help close smaller, fast-turn deals
  • Partner with regional sales teams to convert opportunities
