About The Position

Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales organization across digital channels, owning order management and product setup to drive performance within the wholesale channel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Must have strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
• Excellent analytical and communications skills
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment

• SAP experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support order booking, fulfilment, and shipping processes for online accounts as needed
• Manage end-to-end order operations across all product divisions within online channels
• Assist with showroom setup and support sales during market appointments
• Oversee dropship operations, ensuring accurate product setup
• Monitor online site performance
• Develop and upload item setup templates by category through online vendor platforms
• Manage product content through internal systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization
• Track purchase orders weekly, identifying risks and proactively resolving issues impacting delivery timelines
• Maintain and update brand storefronts across online platforms
• Lead seasonal image audits and coordinate asset uploads in partnership with external stakeholders
• Manage weekly reorders and resolve issues impacting order flow and processing
• Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal in-stock position across online channels
• Allocate seasonal and replenishment purchase orders multiple times per week; manage delivery timelines and extensions as needed
• Oversee replenishment assortment, including lifecycle management and product transitions
