About The Position

WCBI-TV, a subsidiary of Morris Network, is seeking a Digital Sales Manager to drive new business, grow existing business, and lead a team of marketing Account Executives. The DSM will recommend solutions combining traditional and digital media, utilizing a suite of 'ChartLocal Digital Marketing Services' and 'Television Station Digital Assets' to achieve digital revenue goals. The role requires ownership of the TV Station’s Digital budget, with a focus on generating business independently and assisting the sales team in closing digital deals. The expectation is to 'lead with digital' by identifying prospect pain points and offering solutions. Experience with franchise organizations and multi-location businesses is desired. The candidate must possess strong digital knowledge and the ability to apply it strategically to sales and marketing partnerships. Quantifiable evidence of sales success and digital marketing knowledge will be evaluated during the interview process. Understanding how various digital marketing products work together to form a strategy is crucial.
