About The Position

The Digital Sales Executive, National Accounts, holds a strategic responsibility for revenue growth and retention, focusing on national chains and agency relationships. This role involves managing hotel chains and management companies, overseeing channel and direct sales, and providing financial analysis and training for marketing programs. The job duties entail direct sales management, collaboration with Digital Sales Executives, and development of ad campaigns. The Digital Sales Executive ensures smooth program administration, implements sales strategies, analyzes performance, and leads and trains national chain associates for various programs. Additionally, the position involves educating and training national chain properties on organizational benefits and marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Travel up to 25%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related studies and Five (5) years of experience in sales or ten (10) years of related experience.
  • Must have an established and excellent driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Digital Sales Executives to manage the sales process with national chain partners to achieve sales goals.
  • Develops ad and sales campaigns, recommends new advertising policies and procedures, and recommends new program ideas or changes to existing programs.
  • Ensures smooth and effective program administration and growth.
  • Manages direct sales, including making calls to contacts and selling products and programs.
  • Manages the strategic sales process, plans and implements advertising sales and promotions.
  • Recommends appropriate marketing and pricing changes.
  • Develops sales analysis and forecasts for formal business reviews with senior management of brands and chains.
  • Analyzes sales performance through monthly reports.
  • Ensures that billing, adjustments, and payments are up to date.
  • Trains, leads, and motivates national chain associates for sales, marketing, forecasting, and administration for all TourGuide and aaa.com programs.
  • Educates and trains national chain properties on the benefits, processes, and marketing programs of AAA.
