About The Position

We are searching for a Coordinator, Ontario Digital Sales. Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is growing and has a new opportunity for a Coordinator, Ontario Digital Sales. This is a hybrid role, with the ability to work from the office and work from home while supporting our Ontario Digital Sales team. We are looking for a career-minded individual who is focused on growing their insurance industry knowledge and experience while supporting a fast-paced, high-performing digital sales team. As a Coordinator, Ontario Digital Sales, you’ll flex your strong administrative, technical, and organizational skills to support a high-volume digital sales team. You’ll play an integral role in keeping sales operations running smoothly, supporting management, and supporting advisors, auditing policies for quality and accuracy, and helping deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements

  • RIBO license required
  • 2+ years of insurance experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel
  • Strong communicator and team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Experience with insurance company portals and Applied Rating Services

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Acturis and/or Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Ontario Digital Sales team
  • Manage and support digital sales workflows, including intake, triage, and file progression
  • Work closely with Advisors to ensure files are accurate, complete, and handled efficiently
  • Conduct policy audits and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with underwriting guidelines and company standards
  • Review files for missing documentation, discrepancies, and opportunities for correction, following up as needed
  • Prepare insurance documentation and client packages
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal systems
  • Organize and respond to inquiries from various internal departments
  • Identify process improvements to support efficiency and enhance both team performance and client experience
