About The Position

Connoisseur Media in Columbia, SC, is looking for a Digital Sales Consultant who is not only a high-performing "closer" but also an aspiring leader. This role is specifically designed for professionals with 3 to 5 years of digital sales experience who want to leverage their expertise to grow into a management position. You will drive revenue while actively assisting and mentoring others on the team, preparing you for the next step in your career as a Digital Sales Manager.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of proven digital marketing sales experience.
A demonstrated history of delivering strong, consistent sales growth and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strong proficiency in prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex digital deals.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently in various settings.
A proactive mindset and a desire to coach and support others in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Familiarity with Google Business Suite, CRM systems, and proposal platforms.
A valid state-issued driver’s license and a working vehicle for in-person market visits.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new digital business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
Conduct high-impact meetings both in person and via video calls to understand client needs and present customized, data-driven marketing solutions.
Assist other team members with digital sales strategies, audits, and proposal creation, acting as a collaborative strategic partner and resource.
Expertly present and sell our full suite of digital products, including SEO/SEM, programmatic ads, social media, and web design.
Collaborate with the Digital Services and Account Management teams to ensure campaign performance meets client KPIs and identify upsell opportunities.
Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and generative engine optimization to remain a trusted advisor to clients and peers.
