About The Position

Connoisseur Media in Columbia, SC, is seeking a Digital Sales Consultant who is a high-performing "closer" and an aspiring leader. This role is designed for professionals with 3 to 5 years of digital sales experience who wish to advance into a management position. The consultant will drive revenue while mentoring team members, preparing them for a future role as a Digital Sales Manager.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of proven digital marketing sales experience.
A demonstrated history of delivering strong, consistent sales growth and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strong proficiency in prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex digital deals.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently in various settings.
A proactive mindset and a desire to coach and support others in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Familiarity with Google Business Suite, CRM systems, and proposal platforms.
A valid state-issued driver’s license and a working vehicle for in-person market visits.

Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new digital business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals.
Conduct high-impact meetings (in person and via video calls) to understand client needs and present customized, data-driven marketing solutions.
Assist other team members with digital sales strategies, audits, and proposal creation, acting as a collaborative strategic partner and resource.
Expertly present and sell the full suite of digital products, including SEO/SEM, programmatic ads, social media, and web design.
Collaborate with the Digital Services and Account Management teams to ensure campaign performance meets client KPIs and identify upsell opportunities.
Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and generative engine optimization to remain a trusted advisor to clients and peers.
