Associate Digital Sales Representative III
About The Position
ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. This role involves selling ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies. With the support of sales training, associates will connect with new and existing clients to sell products aimed at retirement readiness. The day-to-day will focus on daily goals for dials, talk-time, and appointments set. The role offers autonomy, flexibility within a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, and virtual client appointments. It also includes uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.
Requirements
- Prior quota-carrying experience
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; candidates with great sales acumen will be considered pending appropriate licensing within the first 45 days of employment
- Demonstrated ability to successfully build a network via social platforms
- Experience with video platforms
