Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital sales strategies and techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer engagement.
  • Ability to engage and influence customers through virtual and digital channels
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on long-term relationship building
  • Innovative thinking and willingness to test new tools, platforms, and sales strategies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across digital formats
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative approach and comfort working across teams
  • Interest in mentoring peers and supporting the evolution of digital selling practices
  • 2+ years of experience in digital sales, inside sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow revenue through outbound digital sales activities within assigned industries or verticals
  • Execute sales strategies across digital channels including email, social media, chat, digital sales rooms, and virtual meetings
  • Own and manage a digital sales funnel, progressing opportunities through close
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new customer acquisition digitally
  • Leverage CRM tools to document customer interactions, capture insights, and follow up on revenue opportunities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Share best practices and insights to support a culture of learning, innovation, and continuous improvement
