About The Position

As a Digital Relationships Manager, you will assist in managing a portfolio of API-enabled trading partners. This role is pivotal to ensuring our API distribution channel is delivering strong commercial outcomes, through optimising partner platforms, ensuring beneficial CFC product visibility, leveraging relationships and setting partner targets. This role requires you to combine relationship excellence with data-driven insight and technical know-how. You will also work with the rest of the distribution group within the Digital Underwriting team and the Head of Digital Underwriting to ensure the successful execution of the company’s digital underwriting strategy and driving successful digital trading via our digital channels.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of API trading partners, supporting performance tracking and alignment with CFC’s digital distribution objectives.
  • Help maintain collaborative relationships with partner contacts, including commercial, technical, and product teams.
  • Support the preparation and review of partner performance reports, focusing on key metrics such as enquiry volume, quote rate, and conversion rate.
  • Support the onboarding process for new CFC products and brokers within partner platforms, ensuring readiness and smooth integration.
  • Help coordinate meetings and communications with partners to address trading issues and align on joint initiatives.
  • Work with the Digital Relationships Leader and internal teams to ensure CFC products are accurately represented and well-positioned on partner platforms.
  • Assist in gathering feedback on user journeys and platform experiences, and help identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing key trading metrics across partner platforms.
  • Help ensure timely and accurate data sharing between partners and CFC.
  • Contribute to identifying trends and opportunities to improve trading performance.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to build knowledge of digital insurance distribution, APIs, and partner management.
  • Work closely with the Digital Relationships Leader to set personal development goals and track progress.
