This role is responsible for creating scalable solutions that streamline business processes, improve data accessibility, and support digital transformation initiatives. Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development in a Microsoft-centric environment.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (workflows, plugins, Dataverse customization).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with C#, .NET development, RESTful API design and integration, Angular (or comparable modern front-end framework), SQL Server (querying, performance tuning, database design), and Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, release management).
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying solutions in Microsoft Azure including Azure Functions.
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD automation and multi-environment deployment strategies (development, testing, staging, production).
• Demonstrated experience with Azure identity and access management (Azure AD, OAuth, role-based access control).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to define technical requirements for web, mobile, CRM, and AI-based solutions.
• Design scalable system architecture spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365, full-stack applications, and Azure cloud services.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, and Angular.
• Design, build, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions including plugins, workflows and Dataverse extensions.
• Develop automation workflows, dashboards, and business processes within CRM systems.
• Demonstrate ownership, across the full software lifecycle, from design to production support.
