About The Position

Mediassociates has been named an Adweek Fastest Growing Agency and an AdAge Best Place to Work. We are seeking a Programmatic Strategist who will play a key role in our future growth plans. The Digital Programmatic Strategist manages programmatic campaigns end-to-end, from activation and optimization to performance analysis and reporting. This role requires hands-on DSP experience and a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to drive measurable results across a variety of digital channels.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on programmatic experience using DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon)
  • Strong experience with deal setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Experience managing campaigns across CTV, OLV, Display, Native, DOOH, and Streaming Audio
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA and campaign management skills
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in Excel and performance data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Ad trafficking experience (Google Campaign Manager, Innovid) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns across CTV, online video, display, streaming audio, podcasts, DOOH, and emerging formats
  • Execute and manage programmatic deals (PMP, preferred, and PG), including setup, monitoring, and optimization
  • Ensure accurate campaign setup, QA, pacing, and troubleshooting to meet client goals and KPIs
  • Partner with Ad Operations to implement tracking, brand safety, and suitability controls
  • Analyze performance, generate insights, and support client reporting and presentations
  • Evaluate inventory quality and apply supply optimizations to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Stay current on programmatic trends, tools, and partners; support internal and client education
  • Collaborate closely with team members to support shared goals
