We’re looking for a Digital Media Manager with a strong programmatic focus to own the hands-on execution, optimization, and performance of digital media campaigns. This role is very much hands on keyboard - you’ll be in platforms daily, managing live campaigns, optimizing in real time, and serving as the primary point of contact for programmatic and endemic display and video efforts. This role will take strategic direction from Bayer’s internal PMT (Performance Marketing Team), particularly the digital media manager. You’ll work closely with brand agencies and internal partners to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, creatively sound, and performance-driven across programmatic and direct digital (endemic) buys. This role will also have the potential to work within paid social platforms.
