The Digital Program Director (DPD) leads and supports a team of Campaign Managers (CMs) and Digital Specialists (DSs), serving as both a people leader and strategic guide. In this role, the DPD provides day-to-day leadership, strategic direction, and thoughtful counsel—while actively developing team members’ skills, confidence, and careers. Within our pod team structure, the DPD plays a critical role in onboarding new business, ensuring campaign strategies are aligned with client business objectives, and serving as the primary point of escalation. The DPD partners closely with Campaign Managers to support execution, remove barriers, and foster consistent professional growth—helping the team deliver strong results while building sustainable, high-performing relationships.
