About The Position

Strawbridge Studios is looking for a Digital Production Specialist to join our Digital Imaging / Prepress team. This role is an important part of our production workflow and is responsible for processing digital files, maintaining data accuracy, and helping ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. If you enjoy working with computers, learning new skills, staying organized, and being part of a team that keeps things moving, this could be a great fit for you. This is an in-house position at Strawbridge Studios. This is not a remote opportunity.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to learn new software and processes quickly
Comfortable working with multiple computer programs at once
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Data entry experience
Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience
Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign experience
Experience in imaging, production, or prepress environments

Responsibilities

Process and manage digital files and production data accurately
Review and correct imagery and information
Support departments including Digital Imaging, Data Correction, Order Entry, Quality Control, and Digital Services
Work across multiple computer programs and systems
Maintain quality standards and meet production deadlines
Cross-train across multiple areas of the department
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
