About The Position

This is a fixed-term contract role for 12 months, requiring one day per week onsite in Downtown Toronto. The Digital Production Specialist will collaborate with Digital Experience Strategy, Design, Copy, and Product teams to build and optimize digital experiences across the PCO site and app using Contentful (CMS). This role operates within a fast-paced agile pod, focusing on insight gathering and discovery through online experiments. The position also involves project management support to ensure timely and accurate digital content launches.

Responsibilities

Build website and app journeys using the Contentful CMS platform, performing quality assurance checks
Collaborate with stakeholders on collecting briefs, supporting materials, tickets, and administrative maintenance for creative kickoffs
Intake and daily prioritization for the Digital Experience pod and Product & Marketing partners
Streamline existing workflows and identify new processes for efficiency and collaboration
Support briefing processes, advising on CMS and Design capabilities, and maintaining stakeholder relationships
Develop documentation for new app & site features, processes, and project learnings
Leverage technical acumen to execute A/B tests and online experimentation
Identify and report bugs for new features to Product and Tech teams
