About The Position

The Digital Product Specialist oversees the full lifecycle of digital products - from initial concept to launch and ongoing optimization - ensuring alignment between customer needs, business requirements, and Digital Factory capabilities. Acting as the bridge between OpCos, customers, and digital development teams, this role supports value realization, adoption strategies, and product evolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital product development and/or digital marketing methodologies.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product development, digital support, product management, or a related function.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends, user feedback, and product performance data.
  • Ability to identify product challenges and propose innovative, user‑centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication (French and English) and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience conducting user research and analyzing product performance metrics is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of digital products, from inception to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Gather and document requirements to ensure the product aligns with user and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with OpCo digital leaders, marketers, and sales teams to deliver products that drive business value.
  • Ensure product requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Conduct user research to understand how internal and external customers interact with digital tools.
  • Analyze user feedback and product performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide training and product support to ensure stakeholders understand the product’s functionality and business value.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
