This is a Non-Employee Contingent Worker Role providing services for TIAA’s family of companies and will be employed by TIAA's preferred 3rd Party Supplier. As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. Demonstrates an exceptional standard of quality and holds themselves accountable to achieving excellent results. This role will sit onsite, likely in a hybrid capacity, at the location(s) listed in this posting. The anticipated term of this engagement will be 23 months. This term could be extended based on company business needs. The Digital Product Manager ensures the success of customer-facing digital initiatives in the TIAA Institutional (B2B) business. This individual will work within the Experience Product Management team to improve the retirement plan management experience for consultants and plan sponsors. The associate will be responsible for understanding business goals, drafting customer and business requirements collaborating across teams to deliver, and monitoring the experience post-implementation. Of primary importance is driving value to our customers through the automation of intuitive, best-in-class digital products and services. The Digital Product Manager will understand the customer and have a vision for the value the team is delivering to the customer. Important skills for this role include problem-solving, critical thinking, work independence, and flexibility. A strong candidate would also be able to handle complex and varied work with sound judgement and take the initiative to bring problems to resolution.
