You’ll manage the team backlog, ensure compliance with architecture and security standards, and collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and stakeholders to improve user experience. This is a 100% onsite role within our Infrastructure and Onsite Services (IOS) team, supporting global IT solutions and regional onsite deliveries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in IT or technical support environment
• Experience in a matrixed organization and consultative approach

Responsibilities

• Define team purpose, priorities, and strategy.
• Manage backlog and product lifecycle from development to decommissioning.
• Ensure SLAs, compliance, and feedback collection.
• Contribute to roadmap, capacity planning, and team development.
• Lead product discovery and support creation of user stories.
• Champion product vision and ensure analytics/tracking for performance.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve outcomes and measure success.
• Continuously review live products for improvements.
• Participate in global projects and Kaizen initiatives.
