The Digital Member Experience team is reimagining our digital customer experience and leading the transformation of the healthcare industry. The Product Manager, Consultant will report to the Sr. Manager, Product Management – Digital Member Experience. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Product Management and consumer experiences to help us define the short-term and long-term product roadmaps, collaborate with internal business partners on product deliverables, and work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. You will be responsible for managing product development deliverables, such as detailed requirements documentation, data analytics, member journeys with our UX team, product reviews, implementation, and delivery. We are seeking a Product Manager with strong expertise in both web and mobile application development. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to mobile app innovation, with a strong command of native mobile experiences and a proven ability to drive user-centric solutions across platforms.
