We are looking for a Digital Product Intern to join our team for a four-month summer internship and help us review and improve key member journeys across our website and mobile app. In this role, you will bring a member-first perspective to the digital experience. You will navigate core journeys across our digital platforms and identify opportunities to improve clarity, usability, and overall member understanding. Your work will help highlight areas where navigation, messaging, or user flows may create friction and where the experience can be improved. Alongside this experience-focused project, you will gain exposure to how digital products evolve within a large-scale loyalty platform. You will support the Digital Product team with activities such as documenting product requirements, assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT), and contributing to release documentation and feature updates. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Technology, and Operations. This role is ideal for a curious and analytical student interested in digital product management, user experience, or digital strategy who wants to learn how digital products are evaluated, tested, and improved in a real-world environment. This posting is for a four-month summer internship opportunity starting in May working three days per week on-site in our Toronto office, and two days remotely.
