About The Position
The Digital Product and Delivery Officer will work in a supportive role to the Digital Product and Delivery team, to support the implementation and maintenance of a range of digital solutions. This is an entry level position, with opportunity for training and development.

Responsibilities
- Supporting implementation tasks such as building, testing, training and supporting end users on digital solutions.
- Assisting with technical change requests, incident management, system maintenance and system upgrade work to ensure systems are managed and maintained safely, with guidance from the Digital Product and Delivery teams.
