About The Position

Amex Digital Labs is responsible for catalyzing digital innovation at American Express by originating and scaling products and platforms that matter to our customers’ digital lives. This fast-paced global team leverages emerging technologies to develop digital payment and financial services products, AI-powered customer service solutions, and engaging membership experiences. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program
• Students must have a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
• Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.

Responsibilities

• Support the team on critical and innovative projects as a Summer Associate Digital Product Analyst intern.
• Own a project contributing to either the launch or evolution of our digital initiatives.
• Contribute to product vision, strategy, and delivery of our digital products.
• Gain invaluable experience as an Associate Product Analyst intern.
• Identify customer needs, build outstanding experiences, and lead teams across the company to launch digital products.
