About The Position

We are a leading, established Home Services company in Trussville, AL, undergoing a digital transformation to move from traditional marketing to a world-class, trust-based media model. We are looking for a high-level Producer and Strategist to own our narrative and manage our internal content production machine. This role requires a "Systems Thinker" with a background in journalism, production, or high-level content strategy who can build roadmaps for content delivery. You will serve as the bridge between ownership’s strategic vision and our in-house videographer, identifying customer knowledge gaps and creating systematic plans to fill them.

Requirements

Managed content projects from conception to completion without needing micro-management.
Excellent interviewing skills; ability to ask the right questions to elicit the best information.
Understanding of how content flows through a sales funnel.
Ability to write direct response copy that moves a customer to take the next step.

Experience with CRM automation or marketing logic.

Responsibilities

Take high-level business goals and translate them into a 12-month multimedia editorial calendar.
Direct our full-time videographer, owning the storyboards and scripts while they handle technical execution.
Conduct interviews with subject matter experts (technicians and leadership) to transform deep industry knowledge into clear, educational assets.
Oversee the deployment of content across our CRM, email automation, and web platforms to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Ensure every piece of content solidifies our position as the most trusted authority in the market.
