About The Position

Ready to dive into the fast-paced world of digital printing? We’re looking for an energetic and detail-loving Digital Printer Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift! If you're all about efficiency, quality, and teamwork, this is the perfect opportunity for you! This role involves mastering digital printing equipment, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with the team to plan staffing and meet production goals, maintain clear communication during shift overlaps, and ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace. A key part of the role is staying on top of quality control standards to ensure every print is precise and perfect. The position requires lifting 15-30 lbs frequently and standing for 8-10 hours a day.

Requirements

A sharp eye for detail and a love for accuracy.
Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital printing equipment.
A true team player who’s ready to share equipment knowledge and pitch in wherever needed.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep up with the hustle.
Great communication skills.
