Requirements

  • Background working in a manufacturing or print production environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital print production workflows, including importing and preparing final art files.
  • Hands‑on experience using digital print software to set up and manage production run volumes.
  • Prior involvement in recruiting, hiring, or training manufacturing or production employees.
  • Experience operating de‑palletizers, conveyors, repalletizers, or similar production machinery.
  • Certified or experienced in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
  • Understanding of quality assurance processes within manufacturing or print operations.
  • Knowledge in order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Strong dedication to workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years' experience in a business environment preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting routine print machine errors and equipment issues.
  • Experience operating de‑palletizers, conveyors, repalletizers, or similar production machinery.
  • Certified or experienced in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.
  • Understanding of quality assurance processes within manufacturing or print operations.

  • Supervise daily print production operations and support a small team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • Lead and follow production schedules in a fast-paced setting.
  • Troubleshoot routine print machine errors and equipment issues.
  • Operate de‑palletizers, conveyors, repalletizers, or similar production machinery.
  • Perform order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
