About The Position
BHS Corrugated North America is hiring a Digital Print Process Specialist who understands the science behind great print, including prepress and RIP workflows, color management, and industrial inkjet technology. This role involves troubleshooting complex print quality and color issues, managing color standards, supporting prepress workflows, diagnosing equipment and material issues, developing best practices, and training teams across multiple sites. The specialist will also partner with Engineering, Product Management, and R&D.
Requirements
- Digital print/prepress experience
- Strong color management and ICC profiling knowledge
- Knowledge of G7, GRACoL, Fogra, and/or ISO 12647
- Industrial inkjet experience
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot complex print quality and color issues
- Manage ICC profiles, calibration, and color standards
- Support prepress, PDF/X, and RIP workflows
- Diagnose printhead, ink, and substrate issues
- Develop best practices and train teams across multiple sites
- Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and R&D
