About The Position
Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Digital Print Systems Manager to own, manage and optimize the digital print ecosystem at our Allen, TX facility. This role focuses on HP PrintOS (primary), along with Dalim/Hybrid and PrintIQ.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years experience
- Strong HP PrintOS experience required
- Familiarity with DFE, hot folders, SiteFlow, Dalim/Hybrid, and PrintIQ preferred.
Responsibilities
- Primary SME for HP PrintOS, including DFE, hot folders, SiteFlow, and digital workflows
- Manage Dalim/Hybrid for digital prepress operations
- Manage PrintIQ as it relates to digital print operations
- Partner with digital print operations
- Maintain data integrity
- Support Power BI reporting
- Improve workflows
- Troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors
- Manage integrations
- Train users
