About The Position
FSSI East Inc. is looking for a full-time Digital Print Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team in Lincoln, Rhode Island. This position is responsible for operating digital print machinery to produce a high volume of quality printed documentation. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am. Additional overtime could require coming in earlier or staying later during high-volume production cycles, as well as include weekend work. We’re looking for a reliable candidate who is eager to grow in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements
- Strong organization, time-management, multi-tasking, and attention to detail skills required.
- Must work well in a team-setting.
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- 1+ years of printer operation experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operation of various digital printing equipment/machinery.
- Quality control of all printed output.
- Accurate accountability of all materials used and all printed output.
- Clear communication of any issues to Supervisor or Manager.
- Consistent communication with Mail Services team to meet Service Level Agreements.
- Attention to detail is an absolute must for the accurate and quality printing of multiple jobs on multiple printers.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Work closely with other Print Operators, other Operations teams, Management, and the Client Service team.
- Consistently follow and practice all policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
